Created for MAVEA for their My water, My life campaign, featuring Leah Rosenberg, a head pastry chef at the SFMOMA Blue Bottle location. This was apart of a ten episode series featuring various people in different areas of high-end food prodcution. Inspired by the museums art, Rosenberg creates art inspired pastries, emphasizing on the importance of filtered water for her recipes. In her salted marshmellow hot chocolate recipe Rosenberg takes water from the San Francisco Bay and uses the filtered salt as her garnish.
